Return window
You can return your order within 30 days of receiving it, no questions asked.
EU cooling-off period (right of withdrawal)
If you are based in the European Union, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason. Our 30-day return window gives you extra time beyond this legal period.
Order cancellation
You can cancel your order free of charge within 12 hours of placing it by emailing support@elegantlyhers.com. After 12 hours, your order may already be in processing and can no longer be cancelled, but you can still return it once it arrives.
What condition must the item be in?
Items must be unworn, unused, and returned in their original packaging with all tags attached. Items that have been worn, used, or returned without their original packaging cannot be accepted.
Non-returnable items
The following items cannot be returned: personalised or custom-made products, sealed hygiene products where the seal has been broken, and gift cards.
Who pays for return shipping?
Return shipping costs are paid by the customer. Estimated return shipping is between £3 and £5 depending on your location and the carrier you choose.
If your item arrived damaged or defective, we cover the full return shipping cost.
Are there any restocking fees?
No. We do not charge restocking fees.

My item arrived damaged, what now?
If your item arrived damaged or defective, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. We will send a free replacement or issue a full refund.
How long does a refund take?
Once we receive and inspect your return, we process your refund within 5 business days. The refund is issued to the original payment method. Depending on your bank, it may take an additional 3 to 5 business days to appear on your statement.
Partial refunds
In some cases, a partial refund may be granted, for example when an item is returned with minor signs of use or missing original packaging. We will always contact you before processing a partial refund.
