How we ship

Lost or delayed packages

If your package has not arrived within 15 business days of dispatch, please contact us and we will either send a replacement or issue a full refund.

Customs, duties and VAT

All listed prices include applicable VAT for orders shipped within the United Kingdom. We currently trade and ship within the UK.
